This session will cover the types of EEUs & their regulatory differences, utility planning processes, EE as a resources, policy methods, & EE programs.
Wednesday, June 6: Local Utility Policy & Reform Opportunities - with Lotte Schlegel, COO at the Institute for Market Transformation and Amy Stitely, Sustainability Partnerships Director at MIT Community Innovators Lab. Discussing building & EE performance policies, rating disclosure policy, data access barriers, & improved access, building energy codes & funding, collaborative program delivery structure, engaging utilities for pilot projects, & advocating for policy changes.
