What: The E-Contractor Academy is a six-week training program for small and minority contractors to perform energy efficiency retrofit projects across Los Angeles County.

Cost: The E-Contractor Academy is free.

Who: Anyone who is a small or minority contractor is eligible to apply for the E-Contractor Academy.

Requirements:

  • Submit an application.
  • Possess a California contractor’s license
  • Be prepared to make a significant investment of time and attend all seven seminars in order to graduate
  • Represent a small or minority business as defined the U.S. Small Business Administration.
