Emerald Cities San Francisco has expanded the Mission Housing Development Corporation retrofit project to cover over 40 buildings, totaling 1100 units with 2,650 residents. Financial and energy planning services are provided by Bronze Investments and the community workforce agreement originally negotiated by EC San Francisco will be expanded to cover the entire new phase of the project.
