This past December Emerald Cities’ funders, industry, labor, and local council leaders gathered to discuss and develop clean energy strategies and policies that lead to strong local economies and equity outcomes. The full-day meeting captured the lessons learned from ECC's four-year effort, as well as the experiences of ECC board members and guests actively engaged in implementing clean energy programs. The findings offer practical recommendations for the new Administration and 113th Congress.
