On March 8, Emerald Cities submitted a list of recommendations to the White House for promoting energy efficiency, jobs and equity during the second term. The memorandum was reviewed by representatives from the Domestic Policy Council, National Economic Council and the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), and will be the basis of our “Hill Day” with our local leaders, congressional representatives, and key committees in April.
