Felipe Floresca, ECC senior policy advisor, assumed a new detail to work with the White House Sandy Rebuilding Task Force from May 1st through July 31st. He is spending a considerable amount of time on this assignment to help ensure effective local community and political engagement in the planning and rebuilding process of the New York and New Jersey areas.
