Los Angeles Graduates 40 Minority and Women E-Contractors

ECC President Denise Fairchild and L.A. Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas stand among E-Contractor Academy graduates, staff, and supporters. 

On Tuesday, November 19, the first cohort of EC Los Angeles’s newly-launched E-Contractor Academy -- consisting of 42 small, women and minority contractors -- graduated and celebrated with a reception. Several of the graduates have already been pre-qualified to work on energy projects in the Los Angeles County. Now that the first phase of training services has commenced, the E-Contractor Academy project has been expanded for phase two.
