Swinerton is seeking DBE subcontractors/suppliers bids/proposal for LA Metro Purple Line Extension - Section 3 - VA Parking Structure located in the northwest corner of Sawtelle Blvd. and Dowlen Dr. in Los Angeles, CA. Package 1 - VA Parking Structure. The Open Parking Structure has 4 levels with partial 5th level. The Upper Level has a Steel Canopy supporting a PV System. The south and east facades have an aluminum fin system, and the north and west facades have a “Green Screen System”.
The project also includes Package 2 - VA Building 527 Parking Lot; Package 3 - VA Lot 42 Interim Parking Lot; Package 4 - VA Lot 43N Phase II; Package 5 - Lot 43N Guardrail; and Package 6 - GSA Parking Lot.
